Why:we have not been able to get a response from B&G club and/or any organization to set up fundraising.

We would like to complete our project early, we are still working hard to get all the help we can to meet our fundraiser goal. We are contacting different organizations.
Exceed our fundraiser money; we are around 18% towards our fundraising goal.
Raised awareness about the B&G club- every team member has made an effort to share information about the B&G Club through their social media, word of mouth- by talking about the project with family and friends.

Historian- Kayla Dierker -- has request forms from for fundraising business
Webmasters- Alyssa McCowan and Miranda Kilpatrick - website is up and running, all of our submitted assignments are uploaded and accessible for every team member to see.
Liaison- Rachel Schneider - has been in contact with Professor Koch and/or different business to set up fundraisers.
Treasures- Maria Nunez and Christine Woare - keppeing track of GoFundMe
Recorder- Molly Buse - Has submitted agenda/minutes in a timely manner, and we have been doing pretty well at them.

13. What will you as a team do to make your meetings more productive?
We will continue to complete every task on our agenda, and express our ideas to each other in an organized manner.
Have a detailed outline of the items that need to be discussed and stick to the agenda.

15. Provide a rationale for this grade by citing specific team accomplishments:
We completed the issue paper, overview paper, and team charter on time. We have had multiple fundraising ideas and plan to carry them out soon.
As soon as we receive an “okay” to start volunteering at the Boy’s and girl’s center, we will be able to get closer to reaching our goal and fulfill our primary goal. We are excited to see what days we can volunteer and are ready to do so.
16. What changes will you make to your team’s plan / habits / timeline based on this assessment? How are you going to revise what you’re doing to to help you achieve your goals?
From now on, we will have set dates for team members to volunteer (as soon as we get the dates from B&G Club), and/or participate in fundraising activities.
17. Is there anything else you'd like me to know about your team and your progress?
We haven’t yet heard from our non-profit organization, The Boys and Girls Club. But that isn’t stopping us from coming up with new ideas for volunteering and fundraising.
